• Timber frame construction can be inserted into the steel sink frame - timber not supplied
• Unit needs to be pulled away from the wall by 12cm in order to install sink and for the sink to be flush with the fronts.
• There is a 12cm gap between the back of the unit and the wall, gap is visible from the side. It is possible to purchase an end panels separately to cover up the sides if those are exposed.
• Franke Single Bowl (Reversible) Sink will fit directly on a top of the unit - no worktop required
• Worktop is not included in the set and is not required

Our modular kitchen units are available to purchase as individual freestanding kitchen cabinets or as a freestanding kitchen units set.

Worktops not included. Customer can mount their own worktop. Total depth of 60 cm will be achieved once 60 cm worktop is mounted.

All fixings (apart from wall plugs) are included along with clear and user-friendly assembly instructions.

Furniture comes flat packed and ready for home assembly.
